1. Модель DDU
Мы осуществляем доставку по всему миру на условиях DDU: оплачиваемая вами сумма покрывает товар (FOB) и международную доставку. Расходы на импортное таможенное оформление несёт получатель — в этом граница нашей ответственности и причина прозрачности наших цен.
2. Перевозчики и сроки
Express and line-haul shipments are quoted live at checkout where coverage exists. Sea-freight and oversized items (long poles, high-mast systems) are shipped by quote — use Request quote and our team will confirm freight.
3. Аккумуляторы
Products containing lithium batteries ship under the applicable dangerous-goods rules. Some variants are not air-eligible; the product page marks them "No air freight" and they move by surface transport.
4. Заблокированные направления
We do not sell to sanctioned or unsupported destinations. If your country is blocked at checkout, we cannot take the order online.
