1. Warranty

Warranty periods are stated per product (variant level) on the product page. Batteries may carry a shorter warranty than the luminaire — both are shown where applicable.

2. Damage in transit

Inspect goods on delivery. Report transit damage with photos within 7 days of delivery through support so we can open a carrier claim.

3. Returns

Cross-border returns are handled case by case. Defective units under warranty are replaced or refunded per the warranty terms; return shipping for non-defective items is at the buyer's cost and subject to import re-clearance.
