1. DDUモデル
全世界にDDUで配送します。お支払い金額には製品（FOB）と国際送料が含まれます。輸入通関費用は受取人のご負担です。これが当社の責任範囲であり、価格が透明である理由です。
2. 配送業者と納期
Express and line-haul shipments are quoted live at checkout where coverage exists. Sea-freight and oversized items (long poles, high-mast systems) are shipped by quote — use Request quote and our team will confirm freight.
3. バッテリー
Products containing lithium batteries ship under the applicable dangerous-goods rules. Some variants are not air-eligible; the product page marks them "No air freight" and they move by surface transport.
4. 販売対象外の仕向地
We do not sell to sanctioned or unsupported destinations. If your country is blocked at checkout, we cannot take the order online.
