1. 保証
保証期間は製品ページに製品（バリアント）単位で記載されています。バッテリーは照明器具より保証期間が短い場合があります。該当する場合は両方表示されます。
2. 輸送中の破損
Inspect goods on delivery. Report transit damage with photos within 7 days of delivery through support so we can open a carrier claim.
3. 返品
Cross-border returns are handled case by case. Defective units under warranty are replaced or refunded per the warranty terms; return shipping for non-defective items is at the buyer's cost and subject to import re-clearance.
