1. نموذج DDU
نشحن حول العالم وفق شرط DDU: السعر الذي تدفعه يغطي المنتج (FOB) والشحن الدولي، وتبقى رسوم التخليص الجمركي للاستيراد على عاتق المستلم — وهذا هو حد مسؤوليتنا وسبب شفافية أسعارنا.
2. الناقلون ومدد التسليم
Express and line-haul shipments are quoted live at checkout where coverage exists. Sea-freight and oversized items (long poles, high-mast systems) are shipped by quote — use Request quote and our team will confirm freight.
3. البطاريات
Products containing lithium batteries ship under the applicable dangerous-goods rules. Some variants are not air-eligible; the product page marks them "No air freight" and they move by surface transport.

We do not sell to sanctioned or unsupported destinations. If your country is blocked at checkout, we cannot take the order online.
