1. الضمان
تُحدد مدد الضمان لكل منتج (على مستوى الطراز) في صفحة المنتج. قد تتمتع البطاريات بضمان أقصر من وحدة الإنارة — ويُعرض كلاهما حيثما انطبق.
2. التلف أثناء النقل
Inspect goods on delivery. Report transit damage with photos within 7 days of delivery through support so we can open a carrier claim.
3. المرتجعات
Cross-border returns are handled case by case. Defective units under warranty are replaced or refunded per the warranty terms; return shipping for non-defective items is at the buyer's cost and subject to import re-clearance.
